About Department
In the early nineteenth century, as modern branches of computer science were evolving, a few visionary academicians of Odisha made a humble beginning by establishing a separate Department of MSC Computer Science at the Bhadrak Autonomous College. The teaching was limited to the intermediate level for quite some time until the College opened a master's in Computer Science. To its present location, the Department of MSC Computer Science transformed into a full-fledged department around 2016-17.
