Anti-Ragging Policy

Ragging has ruined countless innocent lives and careers in various fields of education. It is now defined as an act that violates or is perceived to violate an individual student’s dignity. Ragging is totally banned on our campus and anyone found guilty of ragging and/or helping ragging is liable to be punished as it is a criminal offense. The Bhadrak Auto. College ensures strict compliance on the prevention of Ragging. To make it operative, a committee has been created in the college.

Functions of the Anti-Ragging Committee:

To prohibit any conduct by any student or students whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or any other student.
To bring out an awareness among the students about the consequences of ragging.
To keep a constant eye and vigilance over ragging to prevent its occurrence.
To address any ragging issues immediately and act as advised by the committee.
Anti-Ragging Cell executive meetings will be held thrice a year.
