About Department
The Department of Teacher Education, Bhadrak Autonomous College, Bhadrak, Odisha offers a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme which has been running since the 2017-18 academic session in Self-Financing mode. B.Ed. is a two-year professional teacher training program aimed at preparing future educators. The B.Ed. program focuses on the pedagogical knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge and skills necessary for effective teaching in secondary schools. The programme is affiliated with Fakir Mohan University, and it adheres to standards set by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi.
